Dr. Dave Singh Airway & Craniofacial Sleep Medicine Workshop

1. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Attendance is limited to approximately 20–30 licensed dental professionals. Seats are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
By registering, you confirm that you are a licensed dental professional or authorized clinical provider eligible to attend continuing education programs.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 31–60 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received 30 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.
Registration may be transferred to another licensed provider upon written request prior to the event.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund of tuition paid. The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.
3. Continuing Education
Continuing Education (CE) credits are pending final approval. Final credit hours and accreditation details will be provided prior to the event.
Participants must attend the full program and comply with attendance verification requirements to receive CE credit.
4. Educational Disclaimer
This workshop is an independent educational program designed for licensed dental professionals. Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute individualized patient treatment advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of each attending provider.
This program is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vivos or any corporate dental organization.
5. Recording & Media
The event may be recorded for educational and archival purposes. By attending, participants consent to potential inclusion in recorded materials unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
No unauthorized recording or redistribution of workshop content is permitted.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, presentations, and content provided during the workshop remain the intellectual property of the presenters. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the event.
8. Limitation of Liability
The organizer and presenters shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the workshop.
